Distance Learning Opportunities at the Graduate Level

Web-based instruction offers an educational opportunity to people who are prevented by their geographic location as well as work and family situations from attending a traditional on-campus graduate program.

At present, the University of North Texas offers the only complete online master’s program in applied anthropology. In addition, Northern Arizona University offers several master’s-level online courses.

Here is a list of online graduate courses in applied anthropology. They are available not only to students in the host graduate program, but also to students or practitioners who are enrolled in other programs, or who have graduated and are working in applied anthropology endeavors.
